Revelation 13:3

And [I saw] one of his heads as though it had been smitten unto death; and his fatal wound was healed: and the whole earth wondered after the beast;

13:3 And [I saw] one of his heads as if (But Not) it had been slain; (Crucified with Christ) and his fatal wound (That brings death, to the Carnal, Bestial thinking of sin, that is death. Romans 8:6;) was healed:

Isaiah 6:10;

Make the heart of this people insensitive, and make their ears dull, and shut their eyes; otherwise, they will see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, (Spiritually)  and return, (Reconciled to fellowship with God, Practicing Righteousness) and be healed. This beast has received forgiveness, but does not experience true, ongoing healing that is brought through love, in obedience, by faith to Practice Righteousness. In other words, he was not truly crucified with Christ at all.

Jeremiah 15:18

Why has my pain been perpetual, and my wound incurable, which are  refusing to be healed? Will You indeed be to me as a liar, a deceptive stream with waters that are unreliable? (Note: Revelation 13:12, 18;)

God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble. Because of PRIDE men think they are already in the light of fellowship with God.  They believe His grace is surely flowing through them. They are completely deceived, thinking that they have returned to God to be healed. They often wonder why the Word does not always work for them. (Note: Revelation 3:7)

PRIDE IS STILL ALIVE!

I Samuel 6:3;

And they said, If you send away the ark of the God of Israel, send it not empty; but in any wise return Him a trespass offering: (Practice Righteousness; Repent and confess each sin.) then you shall be healed, and it shall be known to you why His hand is not removed from you.

and the whole earth (Earthly thinking) wondered after (It all sounds so good.  Why, then, don’t I live in VICTORY?)

the beast; (Fallen from God’s Grace and fellowship. This Beast is Backslidden Carnal Man.)

Revelation 13:4

and they worshipped the dragon, because he gave his authority unto the beast; and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? And who is able to war with him?

And they worshipped the dragon (Taking his thoughts for their own, placing the dragon on the throne of their lives) which gave power to the beast: (Although they have denied the power of Godliness. II Timothy 3:5; Having, a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away)

and they worshipped the beast, (Self) saying, Who is like the beast? who is able to make war (Fight the fight of faith, I am rich and have need of nothing) (Note: Revelation 2:9; 3:17,18,22; 6:15;) with him? (Because, they already think they are abiding in faith, which is Jesus.)

Jesus said, in Matthew 6:23; 

…How great is that darkness.

Revelation 13:5

and there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and there was given to him authority to continue forty and two months.

And there was given to him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; (This is the flood out of the serpents mouth of Revelation 12:15; The Da Vinci Code is an example of these end time blasphemies)

and power was given to him to continue forty-two months. Daniel 9:24-27; 12:11; (1260 days, 3 ½ years.)

Revelation 13:6

And he opened his mouth for blasphemies against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, [even] them that dwell in the heaven.

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, (Spoke lies, not Truth, whether from ignorance, or not.  There is only one absolute Truth.)

to blaspheme His name,

The Beast, does not know God; he is full of pride.

Jeremiah 9:24

But let him that boast, boast in this, that he understands and knows Me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, says the LORD.

We all want to think our way is right and that we have Godly thoughts, but we do not.

Isaiah 55:8,9; 

For My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the LORD. :9; For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

Ezekiel 36:22,32; (NOTE: Revelation 10;10)

Therefore say to the house of Israel, thus says the Lord GOD; I do not this for your sakes, O house of Israel, that I am about to act, but for My holy name’s sake, which you have profaned among the heathen, where you went. :32;  Not for your sakes do I this, says the Lord GOD, be it known to you: be ashamed and confounded for your own ways, O house of Israel.

God says over and over again that we are a rebellious and obstinate people and that we do not listen to His instruction.  So, He will take out our hard heart and our rebellious and obstinate spirit, and put within us a new heart and spirit.

and His tabernacle, (His Temple, when Jesus is on the throne of our lives) and them that dwell in heaven. (Heavenly thinking, Colossians 3:1,2)

Revelation 13:7

And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and there was given to him authority over every tribe and people and tongue and nation.

And it was given to him to make war with the saints, (We war with the dragon when we fight the fight of faith, learning to discern good and evil, and choosing the good)

and to overcome them: (The dragon overcomes us when we give way to unrighteous words, satanic thoughts, Daniel 7:12,21; War with Saints to overcome them.)

Isaiah 29:13;

This people honors Me with their lips; (Lip Service) but their heart is far from me. Matthew 15:9-11; But in vain (Self) do they worship me, teaching as doctrines the precepts of men. (The tradition of Man’s thinking was too strong, for they had no power of Grace, for they had traded Grace, for Satan’s words and thoughts and the power of the flesh.) 10 After Jesus called the crowd to Him, He said to them, Hear and understand. 11 ”It is not what enters into the mouth that defiles the man, but what proceeds out of the mouth, this defiles the man)

We must see that our flesh is weak and acknowledge that to God, for He wants us to see how weak we are when He is not on the throne of our Temple.

II Corinthians 12:9;

And He said to me, My grace is sufficient for you: for My strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weakness, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

 and power was given him (From Satan, for his thinking is as the god of this world)

over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. (all mankind)

Romans 11:32;

 For God has shut up all in disobedience so that He may show mercy to all.

Revelation 13:8

And all that dwell on the earth shall worship him, [every one] whose name hath not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb that hath been slain.

13:8

And all (All Mankind have been connected to the Harlot Babylon at one time or another) (NOTE: Revelation 18:3)

that dwell on the earth (Earthly not heavenly thoughts) shall worship him, (The beast, named Self) whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. But, God has a plan that none should perish. Not willing that any should perish but all come to repentance. II Peter 3:9.

Revelation 13:9

If any man has an ear, let him hear.

13:9

If any man has an ear, let him hear. Understand spiritually, with Godly thinking, not with earthly thoughts, which line up with Satan and the Harlot Babylon. Isaiah 6:9,10;)

God is trying very hard to have us make the choice that counts, to choose His way of doing things, even if it takes a thousand years.

II Peter 3:8

But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. (NOTE: Revelation 2:13; 9:16; 13:9; 20:2;)
