Some have asked me why I do not consider myself a patriot.  I define a patriot as someone who is willing to kill others for political or religious opinions.

Jesus showed by his willingness to turn the other cheek and to allow himself to be killed that he was not a patriot either.

I simply follow the example of my LORD.

But, there does come a time when all of Christ’s enemies will be made a footstool for his feet. What that will entail or require, I do not know. I will simply follow the command of ONE who is righteous in all his ways, unlike the commanders who rule the earth today.
