Revelation 16:9

And men were scorched men with great heat: and they blasphemed the name of God who has the power over these plagues; and they did not repent to give Him glory.

Revelation 16:10

And the fifth poured out his bowl upon the throne of the beast; and his kingdom was darkened; and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

And the fifth (The [#5] is the number of Grace) poured out his bowl on the

throne of the beast; (The seat of control in our lives)

This throne is either given up to Jesus, as the Lord of our lives, in us, His Temple, or we retain control of the throne and become the Synagogue of Satan, where the Beast rules, not Jesus, as Lord of our lives.

and his (The beast) kingdom (Rule) was darkened; (Lawlessness, not Light) and they gnawed their tongues for pain,

II Thessalonians 2:1-4;

Now we beseech you, brethren, regarding the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to him; :2 that you not be quickly shaken from your mind, nor yet be troubled, either by spirit, or by word, or by letter as from us, to the effect that the day of the Lord has come. (The Second Coming):3 Let no man, in any way deceive you: for [it will not come,] except there be a falling away (From Grace, and a stepping aside from the throne of our lives to return to Jesus His rightful Seat, HIS THRONE) first, and the man (Ourselves) of lawlessness (Sin) (I John 3:4-6) is revealed, the son of perdition, (Meaning, destruction; Satan’s thinking)

We must see that we are the man of lawlessness, the son of perdition.

If you are not practicing righteousness, you are practicing Lawlessness.

:4; who  opposes and exalts himself (Ourselves) against all that is called  God or that is worshipped; so that he (Ourselves) takes His (The Lord Jesus’) seat (Throne) in the Temple of God, (Our Lives) setting himself (Us, ourselves) forth as God.

I Corinthians 3:16

Do you not know that you are a temple of God…

Revelation 16:11

And they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores; and they did not repent of their works.

sores; and they did not repent (Change from their thinking to God’s) of their works. (They had no Grace flowing through them to produce the Works of God)

They were prideful and arrogant to think they could do for God. They are independent from God, not, dependent on Him. They are Self-sufficient.

Revelation 16:12

And the sixth poured out his bowl upon the great river, the [river] Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way might by made ready for the kings that [come] from the East.

And the sixth (The [#6] is the number of Man) poured out his bowl (Of Godly thinking) on the great river, (God’s Image,) the [river] Euphrates; (From the Hebrew word Perath [Perawth] # 6578 meaning: To break forth; rushing; a river of the east, [Eternal] from the root: Parah  # 6509 meaning: To bear; bring forth; fruit, (Words) fruitfulness; To grow; increase)

and the water (Words) thereof was dried up, (No power)

that the way might by made ready for the kings (Those who practice righteousness, the Remnant of God, the Chosen, who will rule and reign with Him)

that [come] from the East. (#2246, the sun, the rays of the sun, the light of day, Sunrising, from eternity, from the Son-rising in us)

The river that is dried up is the Tigris-Euphrates which is in Iraq in the natural. In the Spiritual this denotes the destruction of the flood of lies that Satan is about to pour out of his mouth. That process then makes way for the kings of the east (Eternal, elect Remnant) to pass over and move into Heavenly Jerusalem. (Righteous thinking) This process of drying up the river does not mean a  prolonged drought. The time period is given to us in Revelation 12:6, 1260 days. Before that process of bringing the nations down to judgment can happen, the Remnant is purged. The three and one half year period of trial and salvation is also found in,

II Kings 19:29-30; 29

And this shall be a sign unto thee, Ye shall eat this year such things as grow of themselves, and in the second year that which springiest of the same; and in the third year sow ye, and reap, and plant vineyards, and eat the fruits (Words of Righteousness) thereof. 30 And the remnant that is escaped of the house of Judah shall yet again take root downward, and bear fruit upward. (Heavenly, Words of Righteousness)

The same thing was done to the Red Sea when it was made dry land, as we know from,

Psalm 106:9 

He rebuked the Red sea also, and it was dried up: so he led them through the depths, as through the wilderness. (Note: Revelation 12:6;)

Revelation 16:13

And I saw [coming] out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, as it  were frogs:

of the dragon, (Satan; The counterfeit father)

and out of the mouth of the beast, (Fallen Man; The counterfeit son)

and out of the mouth of the false prophet, (false spokesmen of God’s word and prophets from the fallen nature, prophets of lies mixed with some truth, half truths; The counterfeit Holy Spirit.)

Prophets that speak from their own power, whose source is the dragon and from their own mouth. They speak their own words, not God’s, and are false prophets. If the words spoken are not the Truth, then they are a lie. The dragon is the father of all lies. These false prophets have no Grace of God flowing through them, to (Note: Revelation 1:4; 2:2,20; 13:10-18; 17:3; 19:20.) produce the Words of God, for they are in Darkness.

three unclean (Unrighteous) spirits, (This is Satan’s counterfeit of the Holy Trinity) These spirits are not cleaned by the blood of Jesus. The only way to be clean is by the blood of Jesus.

I John 1:7;

But, if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship, One with another, (God and ourselves) and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.

The foundation of Jesus, unto forgiveness, is repentance. Hebrews 6:1-12. Therefore, let us not lay again a foundation of repentance, from dead works, (Temporal) but let us press on to maturity. (Perfection) The only way to be perfect,  while our stay here on Earth, is to Practice Righteousness.

as it were frogs: (Frogs catch their prey with their tongue)

Frogs, as in the second plague on Egypt (Ex. 8:3), feed on flies. (Luke 11;14-20; Beelzebub: translated in the Greek is Lord of the Flies. This name gives us an insight into the work of Satan. Locust have no King, Proverbs 30:27. Flies and insects, all of which in the bible, represent spirits of demons) (NOTE: Revelation 9:3,7;)

Revelation 16:14

For they are spirits of demons, working signs; which go forth to the kings of the whole world, to gather them together to the war of the great day of God, the Almighty.

Matthew 7:22

Many will say to Me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name and in Your name cast out demons, (A house divided against its self cannot stand. Satan’s house will not stand.) and in Your name perform many miracles? (The name of Jesus is so powerful, miracles may have transpired.)

I Kings 22:23;

Now therefore, behold, the LORD has put a lying spirit in the mouth of all these, your [Satan’s] prophets, and the LORD has spoken evil concerning you) in Your (Jesus’) name? (These are backslidden carnal Christians who do not realize that they have been deceived by deceptive spirits)

I Kings 22:21-22;

And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the LORD, and said, I will persuade him. :22 And the LORD said to him, How? And he said, I will go out, and I will be a deceiving spirit in the mouth of all his (Satan’s) prophets. (False prophets) And He said, you shall entice (Seduce) him, and also prevail: go and do so.

The deceiving Spirit’s job is to make those they seduce believe they are walking in the Light, when in reality they are walking in Darkness.

II Thessalonians 2:8-12;

Then that lawless one  (Our self on the throne. Self as Antichrist) will be revealed whom the Lord will slay with the breath of His mouth and bring to an end by the appearance of His coming; (The lawless, those who practice lawlessness.) 9 that is, the one whose coming is in accord with the activity of Satan, with all power and signs and false wonders, (False miracles)10 and with all the who of wickedness for those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. 11 For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, 12 in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness. (Same word in Greek as Lawlessness.)

Isaiah 66:4;

I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.

Matthew 7:23;

And then will I profess to them, I never knew you: depart from me, you that Practice lawlessness. (Wickedness, Unrighteousness I John 3:4-7; 1 John 3:4; Every one that practices sin. [By not repenting and confessing, of his sin, to have it removed by the cleansing Blood, by obedience, in loving God] also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness.) (NOTE: Revelation 2:13; 13:13 @ Matthew 7:23; Revelation  9:17; 14:14-19;)

Many people think that because they are forgiven they do not need to be obedient to God to be cleansed by confessing their sin. But, those who Practice Righteousness Love God.  They are obedient because they Love Him. They Love Him enough to Practice Righteousness. Pride says, “I kept a set of rules; look how good I am.” Love says, “I can’t keep a set of rules, I’ve sinned, Lord, I’m too weak. But, I know you Lord, and how much you love me, You do for me what I cannot do for myself. Cleanse me and make me righteous, for I have no righteousness of my own. Because, of your grace, I am now strong.” Let the weak say, they are strong. (Joel 3:10; II Corinthians 12:10)

This is KNOWING THE LOVE OF GOD.

John 14:15;

If you love Me you will keep My commandments.

God wants us to Love Him.

II John :6,

And this is Love that you keep My commandments.

It is out of Love that we press into God to know Him intimately. To spend time in His Word, line upon line, learning what He wants for us, which is to think as He thinks, and to Love as He Loves.

I John 3:7;

Little children, let no man deceive you:

he that doeth (practices) righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

Again, we are to test every spirit to see if it is from God.

I John 4:1;

Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are of God: because many false prophets  are gone out into the world. (Sea of Mankind) (Note: Revelation 2:2,20; 13:11-18; 19:20.)

which go forth to the kings (Those have self on the throne of the Temple)

of the whole world, (Worldly, earthly thinking)

to gather them together (All Mankind) to the war (Fighting the Fight of Faith)

of the great day (The Day of the Lord)  of God, the Almighty.

This tremendous event in His-story that is about to take place is to finally cause us to see our brokenness and CHOOSE whom we shall serve.

Revelation 16:15

Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is the one who stays awake, and keeps his garments, so that he will not walk about naked, and men see his shame.

16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. (To those who do not Practice Righteousness and who are not awake, not on the alert, as in Matthew 24:42, otherwise, you will not know.)

Only those who have returned and are restored

to fellowship with God will know.

Amos 3:7

Surely the Lord will do nothing, except he reveal his secret to his servants the prophets. (Those who Practice Righteousness, are His Prophets)

I Thessalonians 5:4;

But you, brethren, (Those who Practice Righteousness are in the Light) are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief

:6 so then let us not sleep, (Not sleep, Spiritually but, AWAKE! Revelation 3:2,3) as do the rest, (Who do not Practice Righteousness) but let us watch and be sober. (Not drunk with the wine of the Harlot Babylon)

Blessed is the one that stays awake, (Watcheth, alert, as in Matthew 24:42.)  

Habakkuk 2:1;

I will stand on my watchtower, (A place to watch for the enemy, Satan, our unrighteous thinking. Looking for the Lord to point out the sin in our lives, by asking Him to shine His light, to search our hearts, to see if there be any wicked way within me.) and set myself upon the rampart, (The highest point on my watchtower) and I will look to see (Keeping my eyes always on the Lord, measuring myself against His Word to see if my actions and thoughts line up.) what He will speak to me, (Granting us repentance) and how I shall answer when I am reproved. (Meaning: corrected, this is His offer, to those who are on watch, to practice righteousness. (NOTE: Revelation 3:2.3)

and keeps his garments, (Robes of Righteousness)

lest he walked naked, (Without Grace)

and they see his shame. (Of being fallen from God’s Grace. Those who do not Practice Righteousness)

Revelation 16:16

And they gathered them together into the place which is called in Hebrew Har-magedon.

And they gathered them together (NOTE: Revelation 16:16; 18:4 @ Matthew 13:28; 18:22 @ Isaiah 44:11, 19:17,19;)  

to the place, which is called, in Hebrew Har-magedon. (From the Hebrew, Root words: Har, #2022; Hor, #2023; Harar, #2042; meaning: Hill; Mountain; Height; The Greek word: Armageddon # 717; Height of Megiddo [From the Hebrew] Meg-id-do,  #4023; meaning: Rendezvous; To gather together; Gather in a place. From the Root: Gadad, #1413; To Crowd; To assemble (selves in troops) gather self in troops; To cut self and Gedad, #1414; To cut down; to hew down. From the Root: Ghed-uwd, #1416; meaning: A Company, Troops, Army of men, company of robbers). A place of crowds. Hill of slaughter. Armageddon.)

This is where we  choose to slaughter the OLD MAN, our old self, THE BEAST.  Armageddon is not a literal war. This battle is spiritual. (Ephesians 6:12; II Corinthians 10:3-5;.)

If you have been consistently reading the posts of F.B’s commentary on the Book of Revelation, then, by now, you should be walking in a new Christian paradigm.  I studied the Book of Revelation for more than thirty years before finally reading F.B.’s book.  Each commentary I read interpreted the symbols of Revelation in different ways.  Each interpreted the past or predicted the future differently.  All led me nowhere and over the course of my life I became more frustrated with the book.

Perhaps the most frustrating of all verses to me was the book’s very first verse which reads, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and revealed it by his angel unto his servant John.”   I remember yelling out to myself (or the LORD, maybe both), “How can these things shortly come to pass?  It’s been almost two thousand years since these words were written!”  Now I understand my problem.  I had been thinking in the wrong paradigm.  I had always learned and thought that Revelation predicted the future when it was written. 

I knew that there were various schools of thought concerning this book from the very beginning of my walk with Christ.  In 1978, during my second year of knowing salvation, I studied the book in Bible school under the President of my Bible college, Glenn Bourne.  Mr. Bourne primarily taught us using notes from his forthcoming  book, Tower of Truth.  In that book’s introduction he writes, “Some study this Book with the idea that it is a history book.  They look to the history of John’s day for their understanding.  Others believe this Book is an outline of history beginning at the time of Christ’s first coming and  continuing until His return.  Still others think this book is primarily prophetic and are looking to the future for the fulfillment of its message.”  (Glenn H. Bourne, Tower of Truth, Litho Printers, 1982, p. ix)

Notice that each primary method for understanding the Book of Revelation deals with explaining it naturally, whether that explanation is past, present, or future.  But, Jesus taught us that his words are spiritual.  This is true for all of Scripture and no less for Revelation.  In order to comprehend this book we must approach it spiritually.  This is exactly what F.B. did when he sought God for its interpretation.  Over and over and over again the Holy Spirit sent him to other books of the Bible and to various translations of the Bible in order to decipher a particular word or phrase in Revelation.  As he obediently did that, the LORD revealed a consistent spiritual message to him.

The Book of Revelation is Christ’s love letter to his bride wherein he teaches her to come out of Babylon (false religion, the beast, the false prophet, the false church made with men’s hands) by practicing righteousness.  She (we, hopefully) does this through the process of repenting of her sins, thus cleansing herself continually with his Word.  Beloved, we have pursued the wrong paradigm in our study of this very prophetic book.  Jesus did not write it to prophesy the future.  He wrote it to prophesy (speak God’s truth concerning) the process of his bride overcoming the world so that she will be fit to rule the world with him when he comes again.

Revelation 13:14

And he deceives them that dwell on the earth by reason of the signs which it was given him to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast who hath the stroke of the sword and lived.

And he deceives (The deceiver, Satan, who is the father of all lies and the father of the False Prophets, who are false spokesmen of God’s word and prophets from the fallen nature and who prophesy lies which are mixed with truth) (Note: Revelation 2:2,20; 13:11-18; 19:20.) 

 them that dwell on the earth (Earthly thinkers) by the means of those miracles which he (Satan, whose name means, the destroyer, uses the power of Man’s tongue, as false prophets, to call things into being, because, he [Man] is still made in God’s image. Just as God SAID, Let there be light and then there was light. God’s pattern is first the Word, then the Form, thus calling things into being.)

 had power to do in the sight of the beast; (in sight of Man)

 This false prophet is anyone who teaches or proclaims that his words are from God and yet does not practice righteousness These prophets are not able to walk in the fellowship of the Light. These false prophets call themselves Pastor, Clergy, Minister, Priest, Father, Reverend, Doctor of Theology, etc. They are false spokesmen of God’s word and false prophets who prophesy from their fallen bestial nature.

 Saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image (Idol of SELF) to the beast, (Fallen Man) Their words vary,  yet the message remains the same. “Let’s honor what we can do for God. Let’s be good (Righteous) and keep a set of rules (that we make up) to please God.  Then He’ll see how good we are.  We worked in a prayer line and fed the homeless and cast out demons and worked many miracles.” Sounds good, but it is not Gods way. Gods way is by faith, not works. See Matthew 7:21-23

 Their message didn’t start out that way.  Somehow they went backwards to the old bestial way of thinking like Cain and trying to please God through our own efforts.

 Jeremiah 15:6;

You have forsaken Me, says the LORD, you keep going backward: therefore will I stretch out My hand against you, and destroy you; (Bestial Self) I am tired of relenting.

 Their words are defiled with the flesh.  They are  not pure, unadulterated Words from God.  We cannot keep a set of rules.  We will fail every time. We are too weak. If you are not Practicing Righteousness by repenting of you sins when you sin, then the words you speak are your own, not Gods. Your works are then only temporal and amount to NOTHING. Your own self, your own soul, is on the throne of your life, not God.

 which had the wound by a sword, (The Word) and did live. (To self, lives in the flesh, not in Christ, still not crucified with Christ.)

 Romans 8:13;

For if you (The Bestial, Old Man,) are living according to the flesh, you must die: [Zedek’s note: this is speaking about the death of your soul which occurs now by practicing righteousness or later in the Lake of Fire when you are ruled with the rod of iron by the Overcomers.] but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the flesh, you shall live. All things must work towards killing the old bestial man.

 God wants us to Love and Know Him intimately, as a wife knows her Husband. Only His way is Perfect and able to make us Joyful and Happy.

 Revelation 13:15

And he had power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as should not worship the image of the beast should be killed.

 13:15

And he had (Past tense, was given, but he exchanged what was given when walking in fellowship with the Creator)

 power (We who are still the beast have exchanged the power of God’s Grace for the Dragon’s power)

 When we asked the Lord to forgive us our sins, we were given the power of Grace at that very moment. Grace flows with repentance and confession.

 to give breath (The breath of life has also been exchanged for the breath of death. True life is abiding in Christ.)

John 20:22;

And when He had said this, He breathed on them, and said to them, Receive the Holy Spirit

to the image  We were created in the image of God, that precious image inside each of us. But, we did not seek the image of God. Instead, we turned our lives into an idol. (Self, fallen nature)

of the beast, and we gave the power over to the bestial man. (Note: Revelation 17:13)

Psalms 106:20; They exchanged  their glory For an image of an ox (Beast) that eats grass.

Romans 1:23;

And exchanged the glory (Image of God) of the incorruptible (Without death, Sin) God for an image made in the form of corruptible (Sinful) man, and to birds, (Revelation 19:18; That eat FLESH, Carnal thinking) Not Spiritual food. and four footed beasts, and creeping things. (Serpents)

that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause (Romans 8:13) (We gave our power to the beast.) that as many as do not worship the image of the beast (These who do not worship the image of the beast have Jesus on HIS Throne of the Temple, by Practicing Righteousness)

to be killed. (We have to die to self and see our own brokenness before we can practice righteousness.  Thus we are Crucified with Christ and alive in Him.  Remember, a seed must fall into the earth and die before it bears fruit. Galatians 2:20)

This is found in Daniel Chapters 3 and 4. We must see that we have built an image of our self, that we want all to worship us, just as king Nebuchadnezzar did. This is self pride sitting on HIS (Jesus’) throne. 

When we practice righteousness we are returned to the image of our Creator, incorruptible, without sin, because HE HAS CLEANSED US. (I John 1:7)

Revelation 13:16

And he causes all, the small and the great, and the rich and the poor, and the free and the bond, that there be given them a mark on their right hand, or upon their forehead;

And he (The Bestial Man and the False Prophet) (Note: Revelation 2:2,20; 13:11-18; 19:20.)

causes all, (ALL Mankind)

both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right (Power) hand, (Works)

or in their foreheads: (Where we think, that brings forth words.)

Satan’s counterfeit of God’s Word and Works. The mark of the Beast is Satan’s witnesses of his words and works.

Deuteronomy 11:18;

Therefore you shall lay up these My words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign (Mark) on your hand, (Works that confirmed the Word, by your hand) that they may be as frontlets on your forehead. (Godly thinking. The two witnesses are His Word confirmed by His Works.)

 Revelation 13:17

and that no man should be able to buy or to sell, save he that hath the mark, [even] the name of the beast or the number of his name.

And that no one will be able to buy or sell, (The Bestial thinking of the False Prophet is to sell THE SPIRITUAL that is meant to be free.)

 Matthew 21:12;
And Jesus entered the temple and drove out all those who were buying and selling  (The spiritual) in the temple, and overturned the tables of the money changers and the seats of those who were selling  (Charging for that which is meant to be free.) doves. (Spiritual symbol of the Holy Spirit, Matthew 3:16; Acts 5:1-10; 8:9;)

 except the one who has the mark, (Bestial thinking which is followed by man’s own works)

 or the name of the beast, (The Beast is the Fallen state of Man, fallen from God’s Grace)

 or the number of his name. (Self) 

 Isaiah 55:1; Come buy from Me that which is free Without money, without costs.

God has always meant His Word to be FREE without cost.

 But man, in his bestial thinking, thinks he can do for God. Man thinks that he can produce a tape or book which he thinks can explain God’s way better than He can.  God’s way is about being restored to fellowship with the Holy Spirit by Practicing Righteousness.

Revelation 13:18

Here is wisdom. He that has understanding, let him count the number of the beast; for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred and sixty and six.

Here is wisdom. (Godly thinking)

Let him that has understanding (Only those who Practice Righteousness, have understanding and are restored to fellowship with God.  Only these are able to understand His mysteries and secrets)

count the number of the beast: (his name)

I Samuel 17:4 And there went out a champion out of the camp of the Philistines, named Goliath, of Gath, whose height was six cubits and a span.

II Samuel 21:20

And there was yet a battle in Gath, (Meaning: Winepress, where Goliath was from.) where was a man of great stature, (Height, six cubits) on each hand he had six fingers, and on each foot six toes, twenty-four in number; and he also was born to the giant. Goliath was the picture of the beast, 6 cubits tall; 6 Fingers on each hand; 6 toes on each foot, 666.  Goliath is the picture, type and shadow of the Beast called MAN.

for it  is the number of a man; OURSELVES

and his number (The bestial Man)

is Six hundred sixty six. (666, six three times; Man trying to be God without God) 6×6=36   If we add up all digits from 1 to 36, we have a total of 666. 1+2+3+through…36 = 666; (666, three six’s; 3 is the # of the Godhead, the Trinity). 6 is the # of Man; 3 x 6 = 18,  the number of reconciliation. THE MARK OF THE BEAST

 John 6:66

As a result of this many of His disciples (Students) withdrew and were not walking (in fellowship) with Him  anymore.

 The bestial nature shows itself when we do not walk in FELLOWSHIP with our creator.  This is when we are not practicing righteousness. When we walk in our own will and are not walking in His will, then we are Anti-Christ. (Note: Revelation 2:2, 20; 13:3, 11-18.) It is not a mark that we are to avoid taking, but one that we already have and that we must get rid of. It is a mark of the way we think. Remember, David killed Goliath with a stone (Jesus is our Rock, our stone, our Cornerstone) right in the middle of his forehead. This was where Goliath thought. Then he cut Goliath’s head off. (I Samuel 17:51;) We need to get rid of our stinking thinking!!! We must put on the mind of Christ. The number 6 is man’s number. A set of three 6’s, 666, copies the Trinity, but with each 6 falling one short of the perfect number 7. The counterfeit trinity of the beast refers to man’s sinful nature.

Make the heart of this people insensitive, and make their ears dull, and shut their eyes; otherwise, they will see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their hearts, (Spiritually)  and return, (Reconciled to fellowship with God, Practicing Righteousness) and be healed.

Revelation 13:1

and he stood upon the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast coming up out of the sea, having ten horns, and seven heads, and on his horns ten diadems, and upon his heads names of blasphemy.

names of blasphemy. (This reveals, the thoughts, lies, Speaking words against Truth, one with The Harlot Babylon)

In Revelation 12:3, We find the order of the heads and horns reversed, (a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns.) because this fallen, bestial thinking, beast (Fallen Man) is the mirror image of the Dragon’s Unrighteous thinking.   Those who are connected with the Harlot Babylon are deceived and do not see the condition of their deception. (II Thessalonians 2:10) (NOTE: Revelation 12:3; for definition of the # 17;)  

Ten horns and seven heads total seventeen [17].

This is trying to reach perfection through, The works of the Law.

Hebrews 7:19 For the law made nothing perfect.

Galatians 2:21; I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nothing.;

And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as [the feet] of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his throne, and great authority.

Jeremiah 13:23;

Can the Ethiopian change his skin or can the leopard its spots? Neither can you do good (Righteousness) who are accustomed to doing evil. This is why we have to practice the Lord’s Righteousness.  We have none of our own.

The beast’s feet were not shod with the truth of the Gospel, (Ephesians 6:16) but with the evil of those who deny its source of power.

and his mouth like the mouth The beast has a mouth that sounds like the words of Jesus, but the words which are spoken are empowered by the dragon. (Satan)

The beast is a counterfeit trinity, (#3, is the number of the trinity) made up of three, the leopard, the bear, and the lion. The counterfeit trinity is empowered by Satan and is our own unrighteous thoughts.

Daniel 7:4

The first was like a lion, and had eagle’s wings: I beheld till the wings thereof were plucked, (Unable to come higher Spiritually in Truth) and it was lifted up from the earth, and made to stand upon two feet as a man; (Man among the beast) and a man’s heart (Genesis 8:21; …for the intent of man’s heart is evil from his youth) was given to it.

and the dragon gave him his power, (But they have denied the true power of Godliness)

II Timothy 3:5;

Having, a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

and his throne, and great authority. (The dragon gives the beast, i.e. man, his throne.  This means that mankind takes the throne of his own life which should really be God’s Temple. Thus we become the synagogue of Satan.) (Note: Revelation 2:9; 3:9; 9:3 and vs.11;)

Daniel 7:5;

5 And behold another beast, a second, like to a bear, and it raised up itself on one side, and it had three ribs (Eve was made from Adam’s rib; his rib made woman and therefore is part of himself and represents the Soul which is comprised of our Mind, will and emotions. The soul is the seat of our  Thoughts. Genesis 2:21,22. Romans 12:1,2;) God is a triune God. This Beast, man, is Satan’s counterfeit of the Triune Godhead. Man has become his own (counterfeit, false) God. )

These three ribs, are three women, a counterfeit trinity

which paint a picture of the Harlot Babylon.

They are Eve, [Gensis 2:22] Vashti, [Esther 1:12] and Jezebel [I Kings 18] The number 3 is the number of the Godhead.  The 3 ribs are trying  to be  like God, just as Eve did. (Cont. Dan. 7:5) in the mouth of it between the teeth of it: and they said to it, Arise devour much flesh. (These all eat supposed spiritual food, but it is food that has been defiled with their fleshly thinking They eat of their own banquet table. They are eating of their own flesh, of their own thinking, not the flesh of the Lord.) (NOTE: Revelation 6:6; 9:17; 18:4)

Romans 1:22; Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,

Proverbs 30:12;

There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness. (Not practicing righteousness) (Note: Revelation 2:2, 20; 13:11-18.)

Romans 1:23;

And exchanged the glory (Image of God) of the incorruptible (Without death, Sin) God for an image made in the form of corruptible (Sinful) man, and to birds, (Revelation 19:18; That eat FLESH, Carnal thinking) Not Spiritual food. and four footed beasts, and creeping things. (Serpents)

Daniel 7:6-7;

6 After this I kept looking and behold, another one, like a leopard, which had upon the back of it four wings of a fowl; the beast had also four (#4 is the number of the world) heads; (thinking) and dominion was given to it.

7; After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible and exceedingly strong; and it had great iron (for the cutting of one’s head) teeth: it devoured and broke into pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it: and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns.

The heads of Daniel 7:1-7 are: Vs.4; One [1] head. Vs. 5; One [1] head. Vs. 6; Four [4] heads. Vs.7; One [1]  head. Totaling: Seven [7] heads and Ten [10] horns.

Daniel depicts bestial, fallen man, mankind that has become one with the Harlot Babylon, man who is trying to please God by becoming perfect [7] through the Law of works [10]. The number seven (#7) is the number of Divine, complete, endless, covenant and perfection. (The number Ten (#10) is the number of the Law and of one’s own efforts) The Beast tries to please God by the “perfection” of his own efforts instead of pleasing Him by Faith. Hebrews 11:6; (NOTE: Revelation 13:1; 12:3; 17:3.)

Hosea 13:7, 8

Therefore am I unto them as a lion; as a leopard will I watch by the way;

I will meet them as a bear that is bereaved of her whelps, and will rend the cauls of their heart; and there will I devour them like a lioness; the wild beast shall tear them.

Matthew Henry’s (and most other commentators) commentary on the four beast: His interpretation is a natural, Historic view and does not have a spiritual meaning other than a historic prophetic perspective, nevertheless, keep in mind:

I Corinthians 15:46;

However,  the spiritual is not first, but the natural; then the spiritual.

(Mathew Henry’s commentary on Daniel Chapter 7;

He saw four great beasts come up from the sea, from the troubled waters, in which aspiring minds love to fish. The monarchs and monarchies are represented by beasts, because too often it is by brutish rage and tyranny that they are raised and supported. These beasts were diverse one from another (v. 3), of different shapes, to denote the different genius and complexion of the nations in whose hands they were lodged.

(1.) The first beast was like a lion, v. 4. This was the Chaldean monarchy, that was fierce and strong, and made the kings absolute. This lion had eagle’s wings, with which to fly upon the prey, denoting the wonderful speed that Nebuchadnezzar made in his conquest of kingdoms. But Daniel soon sees the wings plucked, a full stop put to the career of their victorious arms. Divers countries that had been tributaries to them revolt from them, and make head against them; so that this monstrous animal, this winged lion, is made to stand upon the feet as a man, and a man’s heart is given to it. It has lost the heart of a lion, which it had been famous for (one of our English kings was called Caeur de Lion—Lion-heart ), has lost its courage and become feeble and faint, dreading every thing and daring nothing; they are put in fear, and made to know themselves to be but men. Sometimes the valor of a nation strangely sinks, and it becomes cowardly and effeminate, so that what was the head of the nations in an age or two becomes the tail.

(2.) The second beast was like a bear, v. 5. This was the Persian monarchy, less strong and generous than the former, but no less ravenous. This bear raised up itself on one side against the lion, and soon mastered it. It raised up one dominion; so some read it. Persia and Media, which in Nebuchadnezzar’s image were the two arms in one breast, now set up a joint government. This bear had three ribs in the mouth of it between the teeth, the remains of those nations it had devoured, which were the marks of its voraciousness, and yet an indication that though it had devoured much it could not devour all; some ribs still stuck in the teeth of it, which it could not conquer. Whereupon it was said to it, “Arise, devour much flesh; let alone the bones, the ribs, that cannot be conquered, and set upon that which will be an easier prey.’’ The princes will stir up both the kings and the people to push on their conquests, and let nothing stand before them. Note, Conquests, unjustly made, are but like those of the beasts of prey, and in this much worse, that the beasts prey not upon those of their own kind, as wicked and unreasonable men do.

(3.) The third beast was like a leopard, v. 6. This was the Grecian monarchy, founded by Alexander the Great, active, crafty, and cruel, like a leopard. He had four wings of a fowl; the lion seems to have had but two wings; but the leopard had four, for though Nebuchadnezzar made great dispatch in his conquests Alexander made much greater. In six years’ time he gained the whole empire of Persia, a great part besides of Asia, made himself master of Syria, Egypt, India, and other nations. This beast had four heads; upon Alexander’s death his conquests were divided among his four chief captains; Seleucus Nicanor had Asia the Great; Perdiccas, and after him Antigonus, had Asia the Less; Cassander had Macedonia; and Ptolemeus had Egypt. Dominion was given to this beast; it was given of God, from whom alone promotion comes.

(4.) The fourth beast was more fierce, and formidable, and mischievous, than any of them, unlike any of the other, nor is there any among the beasts of prey to which it might be compared, v. 7. The learned are not agreed concerning this anonymous beast; some make it to be the Roman empire, which, when it was in its glory, comprehended ten kingdoms, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, Britain, Sarmatia, Pannonia, Asia, Greece, and Egypt; and then the little horn which rose by the fall of three of the other horns (v. they make to be the Turkish empire, which rose in the room of Asia, Greece, and Egypt. Others make this fourth beast to be the kingdom of Syria, the family of the Seleucidae, which was very cruel and oppressive to the people of the Jews, as we find in Josephus and the history of the Maccabees. And herein that empire was diverse from those which went before, that none of the preceding powers compelled the Jews to renounce their religion, but the kings of Syria did, and used them barbarously. Their armies and commanders were the great iron teeth with which they devoured and broke in pieces the people of God, and they trampled upon the residue of them. The ten horns are then supposed to be ten kings that reigned successively in Syria; and then the little horn is Antiochus Epiphanies, the last of the ten, who by one means or other undermined three of the kings, and got the government. He was a man of great ingenuity, and therefore is said to have eyes like the eyes of a man; and he was very bold and daring, had a mouth speaking great things.)

These are the Governments of the Beast. (Fallen Man, from God’s Grace and fellowship.) God will destroy our old bestial nature by having beast destroy beast. The old bestial nature shall be killed as iron sharpens iron. Proverbs 27:17

Man’s doctrine of evolution stands out as his most blatant and successful, so far as his rebellion against God is concerned, suppression of the knowledge of the truth.  Men carry this suppression so far that they will not even allow the contrary opinion of creation to be taught in their public schools.  Scientists and academics who believe in creation and dare to teach it or refer to it in their work are routinely expelled from their jobs and blacklisted from getting new jobs.

Recently we saw worldwide newscasts that men had finally found the “missing link.”  A simple look at these old bones shows that they resemble a man in almost no way.  This long-dead beast simply shared similar aspects of man’s created body.  The only missing link this proved was the missing link in men’s thinking, namely God Himself.

I have been studying history for years.  Until recently you could find almost no historical work that claimed to explore any human civilization older than about 4,000 B.C., the Biblical date of Adam’s creation.  All books on human origins took you back to Ur of the Chaldees or the fertile crescent between the Tigris and Euphrates rivers in Iraq.  This indeed was the location of Eden.  Here was where men began to move and multiply upon the earth.  Now, of course, we have “carbon dating” techniques which pretend to show much older civilizations.  But, do not be deceived.  Men work hard to suppress the truth.

And what is the result of mankind finally believing that he evolved by chance and time from cosmic gas and slime?  He acts like the beast he thinks he is.  For him there is no absolute truth, nothing really right or really wrong.  If he can think it, he does it, for no morality exists to guide his thoughts, actions, or inventions.  Hence we live in a world of progressing nightmare.  We cannot trust our governments or our scientists because we do not know what they might to do to us or others.  And so we tolerate or fear atomic, chemical, or biological warfare, scalar weaponry that can destroy massively from great distances away, chemtrails that routinely block our skies doing who knows what, poisons in our air, our water, our blood, controls on every aspect of our lives, road blocks in the heart of the country with police just waiting for any tiny infraction they can find, police-state goons sweeping in and taking law-abiding citizens co-op supplies at gunpoint, cities refusing to allow Christians to teach and pray in their own homes, sex change operations that further confuse people already confused, nanobots they want to put into our blood, ….

Yes, the doctrine of evolution has proved man’s greatest tool for convincing almost all other men to take the throne of their lives away from their Creator.  Through evolution’s godless and bestial doctrines mankind en mass literally became the beast that rises from the sea (of mankind) with seven (complete) heads and ten (number of law) horns (power).  Ten is the number of the Law and the beast’s ten horns demonstrate that he lives by the power his own law, not God’s Law.   Mankind has rejected truth and become lawless.  The man of lawlessness has now been revealed and the consummation of the age is at hand.

We would have healed Babylon, but she is not healed: forsake her, and let us go every one into his own country: for her judgment reacheth unto heaven, and is lifted up even to the skies. (Jeremiah 51:9 KJV)

If you take time to read Tiny Minds and then the comments for the video by Christianu2uber which is linked at the bottom, you will begin to understand God’s prophecy to Jeremiah.  The comments of those who disagree with this twelve-year old boy who posted that video are vile, astonishingly vile, rancidly vile.  The evil thoughts portrayed there far outweigh the few of love, hope, or peace written to encourage him.  Even many Christians wrote negative comments, thus taking sides with the defiled against this young boy who bravely expressed his views against gay marriage.

We clearly see here the strong delusion that God has now cast over the face of the earth.  I doubt that the pagans at the time of the first preachers of the gospel acted as corruptly as these arrogant toads that spew venom at their prey.  And we see this delusion affecting believers as well as non-believers.  How can this be?

Read the passage that deals specifically with this time in history, 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12, and you will see that the defining characteristic of anyone unaffected by this delusion is that he loves the truth.  Those Christians who have sided with Satan in this homosexual debate believe they are open-minded and tolerant.  No, they are deceived and have betrayed their LORD.  They have denied him as Jude predicted.  Through their words they show that they do not love the truth.  God, therefore, gave them over to a spirit of delusion.

I do not see much Scriptural hope for a great end-time revival as some now predict.  There seems to be only the glimmer of light at the end of Malachi where he hopes that God will turn the hearts of the children to their fathers and the fathers to their children.  But, now both father and child act corruptly and if they do turn their hearts to one another, shall it not be only to do wickedness?

We being made into God’s image understand that mercy triumphs over judgment, yet judgment must still come if one refuses to repent.  We would have healed Babylon, but she would not be healed.  She is a cup in the LORD’s hand that has driven the world mad with her sexual sins.  Leave her in her sin.  She can’t hear you.   She can only mock your words of wisdom.  Cast not your pearls before swine.  Come out of her my people, lest you share in her sins and her plagues!  The Beast begins even now to turn upon her.

The Books of Revelation and Daniel contain many prophecies concerning future events, at least from the standpoint of each of the writers of these two books.  Future beast kingdoms that rule the earth concern both books in profound ways.  Consider, for example, Daniel chapters 4 and 7 and Revelation 11:7, 13:1-18; 14:8-11; 15:1-2; 16:1-2, 10, 13; 17:3, 7-18; 19:19-20; 20:4, 10.  We believe that we now stand at the time of the fulfillment of these prophecies.  I believe that one of the clearest proofs for this is that the historical record proves that Adam was created a few years over 6,000 years ago and that we have now entered the seventh day (7th thousand year period of man’s history), the prophetic day of rest.

Before reading the rest of this article, please read all of Daniel chapter 4.  Now run your Bible program and do two searches, one for “seven times,” and one for “seven years.”  You will find many examples of both, but you will not find one verse that says that seven times equals seven years.  Yet how many times have you heard that Nebuchadnezzar spent “seven years” in the wilderness?  If you find that verse, please email me to tell me where it is.  Consider the following passage from Daniel 4.

At the end of twelve months he walked in the palace of the kingdom of Babylon. The king spoke, and said, Is not this great Babylon, that I have built for the house of the kingdom by the might of my power, and for the honor of my majesty? While the word was in the king’s mouth, there fell a voice from heaven, saying, O king Nebuchadnezzar, to you it is spoken; The kingdom has departed from you. And they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field: they shall make you to eat grass like oxen, and seven times shall pass over you, until you know that the most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will. The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till his hair had grown like eagles’ feathers, and his nails like birds’ claws. And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up my eyes unto heaven, and my understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honored him that lives forever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation: (Daniel 4:29-34 KJ2000)

I believe that chapter 4 of Daniel gives a long term prophecy of the “beast kingdom” called Mystery Babylon.  Nebuchadnezzar, of course, was the first king of ancient Babylon that transformed that nation into a world empire.  His dream foretells that the heads of the world political system would become as a beast of the field for “seven times.”  By the end of those seven times, according to God’s reckoning, the beast’s hair would become as “eagles’ feathers” and his nails like “birds’ claws.”  

The phrase “seven times” probably, then, does not speak of a future seven year period of time.  The phrase seems to be prophetic language for the entire period of time of man’s authority over the world, from Adam until the end of the Beast Kingdom’s authority.  Likewise, the passages in Revelation dealing with “time, times, and half a time,” “42 months” and “1260 days” probably are not literal periods of time, but relate to a portion of the “seven times” mentioned in Daniel.   Clearly, most passages in the prophetic books cannot be taken literally.  Why would we then consider the time periods to be literal?  Also, does this passage from Daniel 4 prophetically speak of the United States, the nation symbolized by the great eagle?  And do birds’ claws show that this great eagle, the symbol of Mystery Babylon, rules in the end by demonic power?

Now consider the four beast kingdoms of Daniel 7.  According to that Scripture these beast kingdoms rule until the end of the age of the Gentiles (age of man) when the Ancient of Days destroys the fourth kingdom.  After that the other kingdoms still exist, but they no longer possess their dominion and authority.  These kingdoms will thus continue under the authority of the Kingdom of God that Jesus establishes at that time.  This appears to mean that the governmental manifestation of Mystery Babylon at the end of Gentile world history will be utterly destroyed, but that the time of national governments will be extended.  Their power is limited, however, because they must then submit to the authority of God’s government through his overcoming saints.  These are the saints who rule with a rod of iron, the scepter of Christ’s justice and mercy.

It is then that the remaining beast kingdoms acknowledge that the Most High rules, that He lives forever, that his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and that his kingdom is from generation to generation.  This is the yet future period of time when the knowledge of the LORD shall fill the earth as the waters cover the sea!

Let us continue on the narrow path toward that Kingdom so that we may be accounted worthy to rule there with Jesus our LORD.

“I was so foolish and ignorant; I was a beast before you.” (Psalm 73:22)

If we do not keep ourselves from idols and begin to repent of the idols we have partaken of, we will partake of the beast instead.  In fact, we become the beast.

“As a dream when one awakes, so, LORD, when you awake, you shall despise their image.” (Psalm 73:20)

Why will God “despise their image?”  Because they submitted not to be made into His image.  The posts and writings on this website mainly relate to God’s creation plan of making man into His image.   Read Image of God.

Instead of seeking to know more about his maker, man runs from him and becomes more like the beast of the field than the elohim God intends.   Thus man becomes a being living only by instinct and carnal feeling, just as described in Revelation 12-13 and 17-18.

The beasts in the Book of Revelation picture the governments of man which rule the world under the authority of Satan without recourse to God or his Law.  The harlot Jezebel rides the beast masquerading as true religion, but she is a hypocrite.  She rides the governmental beast in all nations pretending to adhere to the dictates of the state religion or religions.  False religion rides the beast because she depends upon the state’s (beast’s) sustenance rather than God’s provision.  But the Beast is now beginning to turn on her, just as prophesied…
