The Black and White Prophets

Gospel, Mystery Babylon, Prophecy

Recently I posted two videos, one of a black prophet and the other of a white one.  I do not condone the words of either one and I will explain why.

First, the black prophet, James David Manning, very articulately describes the potential of terrible times for these United States.  But, he does so while he castigates and reviles President Barack Obama.  I do not agree with Obama’s plans, goals, and methods, but I am not at liberty to rail against him.  Recall the following passage from the Book of Acts:

And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day. And the high priest Ananias commanded them that stood by him to smite him on the mouth. Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite you, you whited wall: for do you sit to judge me after the law, and command me to be smitten contrary to the law? And they that stood by said, Do you revile God’s high priest? Then said Paul, I knew not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, You shall not speak evil of the ruler of your people. (Acts 23:1-5 KJ2000)

So, I do not speak evil of President Obama.  Instead, I pray that he will repent of his sins and begin to serve the one true LORD of heaven and earth, Jesus Christ.

The second video I posted is of John Paul Jackson who there predicts certain events he believes will occur over the next ten years.   First, it takes no seer of the future to make those predictions.  We already see the warning signs of those terrible events.  Should things remain the same, that is, if the people of this nation do not repent of gross wickedness, then God’s Word confirms that those things will happen to us.  Second, this prophet is trying to sell his “prophetic video” on this program.  This is buying and selling the spiritual and we have been taught by God not to do that.  Please read “Buy the Truth and Sell it Not.”  Third, I do not believe that a true prophet typically ”predicts” the future.  The future is hidden from us and God intends it to stay that way as a rule.  The role of the prophet is to speak forth the Word of God according to the following Scripture:

My heart within me is broken because of the prophets; all my bones shake; I am like a drunken man, and like a man whom wine has overcome, because of the LORD, and because of the words of his holiness. For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourns; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their might is not right. For both prophet and priest are profane; yea, in my house have I found their wickedness, says the LORD. Therefore their way shall be unto them as slippery ways in the darkness: they shall be driven on, and fall in it: for I will bring evil upon them, even the year of their punishment, says the LORD. And I have seen folly in the prophets of Samaria; they prophesied in Baal, and caused my people Israel to err. I have seen also in the prophets of Jerusalem a horrible thing: they commit adultery, and walk in lies: they strengthen also the hands of evildoers, that none does return from his wickedness: they are all of them unto me as Sodom, and its inhabitants as Gomorrah. Therefore thus says the LORD of hosts concerning the prophets; Behold, I will feed them with wormwood, and make them drink the poisonous water: for from the prophets of Jerusalem has profaneness gone forth into all the land. Thus says the LORD of hosts, Hearken not unto the words of the prophets that prophesy unto you: they make you worthless: they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the LORD. They say still unto them that despise me, The LORD has said, You shall have peace; and they say unto everyone that walks after the imagination of his own heart, No evil shall come upon you. For who has stood in the counsel of the LORD, and has perceived and heard his word? who has marked his word, and heard it? Behold, a whirlwind of the LORD has gone forth in fury, even a grievous whirlwind: it shall fall grievously upon the head of the wicked. The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he has executed, and till he has performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days you shall consider it perfectly. I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. But if they had stood in my counsel, and had caused my people to hear my words, then they should have turned them from their evil way, and from the evil of their doings. Am I a God at hand, says the LORD, and not a God afar off? Can any hide himself in secret places that I shall not see him? says the LORD. Do not I fill heaven and earth? says the LORD. I have heard what the prophets said, that prophesy lies in my name, saying, I have dreamed, I have dreamed. How long shall this be in the heart of the prophets that prophesy lies? yea, they are prophets of the deceit of their own heart; Who think to cause my people to forget my name by their dreams which they tell every man to his neighbor, as their fathers have forgotten my name for Baal. The prophet that has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that has my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the LORD. Is not my word like a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces? Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, that steal my words everyone from his neighbor. Behold, I am against the prophets, says the LORD, that use their tongues, and say, He says. Behold, I am against them that prophesy false dreams, says the LORD, and do tell them, and cause my people to err by their lies, and by their recklessness; yet I sent them not, nor commanded them: therefore they shall not profit this people at all, says the LORD. (Jeremiah 23:9-32 KJ2000)

Yes, “The prophet that has a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that has my word, let him speak my word faithfully. What is the chaff to the wheat? says the LORD. Is not my word like a fire? says the LORD; and like a hammer that breaks the rock in pieces?”  Let the fire of God’s word consume your dross, and let the hammer of his word mold your silver into His image!  Fear not the word of the prophet that prophesies destruction for the only destruction that God cares about is the destruction of your own bestial land, your flesh, so that He will rule in the throne of your life.

A New Paradigm

Elohim, Gospel, Mystery Babylon, Prophecy, Revelation

If you have been consistently reading the posts of F.B’s commentary on the Book of Revelation, then, by now, you should be walking in a new Christian paradigm.  I studied the Book of Revelation for more than thirty years before finally reading F.B.’s book.  Each commentary I read interpreted the symbols of Revelation in different ways.  Each interpreted the past or predicted the future differently.  All led me nowhere and over the course of my life I became more frustrated with the book.

Perhaps the most frustrating of all verses to me was the book’s very first verse which reads, “The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to show unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and revealed it by his angel unto his servant John.”   I remember yelling out to myself (or the LORD, maybe both), “How can these things shortly come to pass?  It’s been almost two thousand years since these words were written!”  Now I understand my problem.  I had been thinking in the wrong paradigm.  I had always learned and thought that Revelation predicted the future when it was written.

I knew that there were various schools of thought concerning this book from the very beginning of my walk with Christ.  In 1978, during my second year of knowing salvation, I studied the book in Bible school under the President of my Bible college, Glenn Bourne.  Mr. Bourne primarily taught us using notes from his forthcoming  book, Tower of Truth.  In that book’s introduction he writes, “Some study this Book with the idea that it is a history book.  They look to the history of John’s day for their understanding.  Others believe this Book is an outline of history beginning at the time of Christ’s first coming and  continuing until His return.  Still others think this book is primarily prophetic and are looking to the future for the fulfillment of its message.”  (Glenn H. Bourne, Tower of Truth, Litho Printers, 1982, p. ix)

Notice that each primary method for understanding the Book of Revelation deals with explaining it naturally, whether that explanation is past, present, or future.  But, Jesus taught us that his words are spiritual.  This is true for all of Scripture and no less for Revelation.  In order to comprehend this book we must approach it spiritually.  This is exactly what F.B. did when he sought God for its interpretation.  Over and over and over again the Holy Spirit sent him to other books of the Bible and to various translations of the Bible in order to decipher a particular word or phrase in Revelation.  As he obediently did that, the LORD revealed a consistent spiritual message to him.

The Book of Revelation is Christ’s love letter to his bride wherein he teaches her to come out of Babylon (false religion, the beast, the false prophet, the false church made with men’s hands) by practicing righteousness.  She (we, hopefully) does this through the process of repenting of her sins, thus cleansing herself continually with his Word.  Beloved, we have pursued the wrong paradigm in our study of this very prophetic book.  Jesus did not write it to prophesy the future.  He wrote it to prophesy (speak God’s truth concerning) the process of his bride overcoming the world so that she will be fit to rule the world with him when he comes again.

Revelation 13:10-13

Revelation

Revelation 13:10

If any man is destined for captivity, into captivity he goes: if any man shall kill with the sword, with the sword must he be killed. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.

13:10

If anyone is destined for captivity to captivity

II Timothy 2:26;

And that they may come to their senses and escape out of the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

he goes (To see his brokenness, his fallen bestial level state)

I Corinthians 5:5; To deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

If anyone kills with the sword, with the sword (The Word of God) must be killed. (Dead to Self, crucified with Christ)

Here is the patience and the faith (To love and Trust Him, by His Grace, through Faith) of the saints. (Holy Ones)

We are allowed to choose the method of our spiritual death.  [Zedek’s note: I believe this speaks of the death of the soul, not the spirit.  Everyone’s spirit has been saved by Jesus’ blood sacrifice.  But he who “loses his soul” for Jesus’ sake gains his soul.  This is the great distinction between soul and spirit salvation that many miss as they read the Bible.  Please see the book When We Awake for a full exposition of these ideas] We can choose to be crucified with our savior, or His word will either be withheld, as famine to starve us, because of the hardness of our hearts, or it will be used as a sword in the hands of others to strike us to bring about the death we need, so that we might be able to be born again. If we do not choose to die with Him, then He will have to do it for us. (II Peter.2:9; Ezekiel. 36:25,26.)  [Zedek’s note: The purpose of the Lake of Fire and the second death is to bring about this transformation of one’s soul.  The Lake of Fire is the application of God’s truth to the rebellious by the sons of God, the overcomers.  It is the application of the rod of iron.]

Jeremiah 15:1-2;

Then said the LORD to me, Though Moses and Samuel were to stand before Me, yet My heart (mind) could not be toward this people: cast them out of my sight, and let them go forth. And it shall come to pass, if they say unto thee, Where shall we go? Then you are to tell them, Thus says the LORD;

Those destined for death, to death; (He chooses, Spiritual death, to be crucified with Christ or to be Carnally minded is death; Romans 8:6;)

Those destined for the sword, to the sword; (To be killed by others with the Word of God)

Those destined for the famine, to the famine; (Lack of spiritual food)

Those destined for the captivity, to the captivity. (II Timothy 2:26; Held captive, by Satan’s thinking until we return to our senses, and cry out for God to be on the throne of our lives, His temple.) Just as Nebuchadnezzar had to see to what state he had fallen to in Daniel Chapter four, we are sent into captivity to see, understand, and comprehend the state to which we have fallen. Men who do not practice righteousness have fallen to the bestial level, which is the level that Adam had dominion over. We are fallen from God’s Grace. We are sent to captivity in hope that we will return to our senses. (Note: Revelation 1:4; 2:2,20; 13:10-18; 17:3; 19:20.)

Revelation 13:11

And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like unto lamb, and he spoke as a dragon.

13:11

And I beheld another beast (This is The False Prophet who comes from within the  beast.  It is the SELF of  fallen CARNAL MAN, who fell from Grace)

We  fall from Grace when we are not Practicing Righteousness.

coming up out of the earth; (Earthly thinking, not heavenly thinking)

and he had two (Two [#2] is the number of witness)

horns (Represents, power, here specifically; Man’s power, of his Unrighteous words and his own works)

like (Counterfeit, words and works. Like, but not)

a lamb, (Speaks and sounds like Jesus’ words)

and he (The False Prophet)

spoke as a dragon. (Lies not Truth) (Note: Revelation 2:2, 20; 13:11-18.)

Revelation 13:12

And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his sight. And he makes the earth and them dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose death-stroke was healed.

13:12

And he exercises all the power (Supplied by Satanic thinking. II Timothy 3:5.)

of the first beast (Fallen Man) before him, and causes the earth and them which dwell therein (Earthly, not heavenly thoughts)

to worship the first beast, (Places himself on the throne of his own life)

whose deadly wound (Sin) was healed. (They have been forgiven and have laid the foundation of repentance and have salvation but, have only built upon that foundation with temporal building blocks of wood, hay and straw. I Corinthians 3:9-13; They lack love of intimacy for obedience and do not  Practice Righteousness. Therefore, they lack the power of Gods Grace flowing through them to bring VICTORY.)

They have been healed from spiritual death due to sin because they are loved by God, but are not walking in the healing of God’s Love, to be cleansed and restored to fellowship with our Creator.

This Beast which comes up out of the Earth is the second of the devil’s henchmen. The second beast comes from our own carnality and our self-centered need to do for God, (Acts 17:24,-25; The God who made the world and all things in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands; 25 nor is He served by human hands, as though He needed anything, since He Himself gives to all people life and breath and all things ;)

GUESS WHO the FALSE PROPHET IS?

HE IS OUR OWN UNRIGHTEOUS THINKING

The False Prophet completes this unholy trinity of Dragon, Beast and False Prophet. If the Devil gives to the first beast all his authority and the second beast gives glory to the first beast, then we have the counterfeit of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The two horns stand for his witness, for he speaks only half truth. He hasn’t pressed in to know intimately the true prophets of God’s two witnesses (Word and Works) .

Revelation 13:13

And he does great signs, that he should even make fire to come down out of heaven upon the earth in the sight of men.

13:13

And he (The False Prophet) does great  wonders, (Matthew 7:22-23;)

Matthew 7:21-23;

Not every one that says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; [Godly thinking; Gods way of doing things.] but he that does the will [Practices Righteousness] of my Father which is in heaven. :22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name? and in Your name cast out devils? and in Your name perform many miracles? 23; And then will I say to them, I never knew you: [Intimately] depart from Me, you that practice lawlessness. (IN DARKNESS) (I John 3:4; Everyone who practices sin also practices lawlessness; and sin is lawlessness. I John 3:7; Little children, let no man deceive you: he that practices righteousness (IN THE LIGHT) is righteous, even as He is righteous.) If you are not practicing righteousness, then you are practicing lawlessness.

so that he (The False prophet who is Satan’s counterfeit of God’s True Prophets)

makes fire (God’s wrath, His consuming fire)

come down from heaven (To burn up all that is not of God, so that we will end up with Heavenly thinking)

on the earth (Earthly thinking) in the sight of men, (They can see that they are still living in trials and tribulation.)

Luke 9:52-56;

and sent messengers ahead of Him: and they went, and entered into a village of the Samaritans, to make arrangements for him. 53, And they did not receive him, because He was traveling was toward Jerusalem. 54, And when his disciples James and John saw this, they said, Lord, Do You want us to command fire to come down from heaven, and consume them? 55, But he turned, and rebuked them, and said, You do not know what manner of spirit you are of. 56; For the Son of man did not come to destroy men’s lives, (As false prophets do) but to save them. And they went on to another village.

God is determined to do away with all that is not of Him. The False Prophets that speak lies (Their way of thinking, to their own liking and not God’s) and not the truth, which causes God’s wrath, (His consuming fire) to come down from heaven to consume their words which sound so right and good, but are false and are spoken to deceive. They don’t even realize this because they have not gained wisdom, knowledge and understanding to walk in the Light. Therefore, they walk in the darkness of un-confessed sin.  They do not expose their sin to God’s Light of Truth in order to be cleansed and restored to fellowship. They try to teach us to keep a set of rules or standards we cannot keep or do.

II Timothy 3:5

Holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power, therefore,  from these also turn away.
