Psalm 12 contains several important prophecies concerning these last days.

First David earnestly seeks God’s intervention because God’s people are being destroyed throughout the earth. He desperately declares that he can no longer find faithful people among men. Surely this describes the scarcity of righteousness and holiness among those who name the Name of God in our time.

 “Save, O Lord, for ^(A)the godly one is gone; for the faithful have vanished from among the children of man.” (Psalm 12:1 ESV)

Next he describes the main characteristic of the people that he does find.

Everyone ^(B)utters lies to his neighbor;
    with ^(C)flattering lips and ^(D)a double heart they speak. (Ps. 12:2)

David prophecies of a time when no one can trust the other, a time when people speak simply to flatter someone else, a time when men say one thing but mean another because they speak with a “double heart,” a double mind. We see this clearly in political leaders. They always say exactly what the people want to hear, yet when elected they act contrary to their promises. Once elected they say they are doing what they promised, but they lie. America’s leader today, President Obama, states publicly over and over again that he is doing the exact opposite of what he is really doing. He deliberately lies over and over again and still his supporters believe every word he says. The newspapers dutifully report Obama’s lies and embellish them with their own. On the other hand Republicans have voted overwhelmingly to nominate a man who claims publicly to oppose those things that Obama does and yet Romney’s own past actions and words show that he supports every major policy that Obama has and wants to implement. Everyone it seems loves the lie. Therefore David prays that God will bring an end this lying lawlessness.

3 May the Lord cut off all flattering lips,
the tongue that makes great boasts,

4 those who say, “With our tongue we will prevail,
our lips are with us; who is master over us?”

I don’t watch the movie stars, the rock stars, the sports stars, or the political stars anymore, but I still remember how they shamelessly honor one another with their lips. Their friends and acquaintances are always the best, the most gracious, the most loving, generous, giving, and lovely person you could ever meet! Their lips, their words, are with them and for them. Who could dare come against them and master them? They are the stars of the earth, the ones everyone looks to for advice, wisdom, and approval. Consider again how President Obama surrounds himself with movie stars and basks in the glow of their never-ending approval. No one can master them!… they think.

But God has other plans, plans which very soon will come into effect.

5 “Because the poor are plundered, because the needy groan,
I will now arise,” says the Lord;
“I will place him in the safety for which he longs.”

The time has come for God to arise from his throne and place all of Christ’s enemies under his feet. He has patiently watched for millennia as men threw off the restraints of his laws, both moral and physical. He has even continued watching as man’s breaking of natural laws through genetic modification of plants and animals, biological weapons, chemical weapons, and atomic weapons now threatens to destroy the entire world. But, he can sit idly by and watch no longer. Now he must arise. He must stand and utter his judgment, his terrible judgment.

6 The words of the Lord are pure words,
like silver refined in a furnace on the ground,
purified seven times.

God’s words of judgment will not be like men’s flattering words of lies and deception. God speaks pure words, as pure as the purest silver or gold, words purified seven times, that is, unto perfection.

7 You, O Lord, will keep them;
you will guard us[b] from this generation forever.

Contrary to double-minded, lying men, our LORD will “keep” his words. He will guard “this generation.” Which generation will he guard? He will guard the generation that sees vileness exalted among the children of man, the generation that witnesses the age-old foundation of God’s moral order turned on its head and destroyed. He will guard the generation who live during the times described by the last verse of this prophetic psalm.

8 On every side the wicked prowl,
as vileness is exalted among the children of man.

What could be a truer statement than this concerning America in the year 2012? Is it vile? Then it’s exalted. Look at Lady Gaga. Is it vile? Then its exalted. Look at open homosexual activity in America’s military, states that pass laws giving special rights and the right to marry the same sex to homosexuals. Is it vile? Then its exalted. Look at genetically modified plants and animals and the push toward transhumanism in man’s attempt to usurp God’s throne. Look at laws which prohibit ownership and use of God’s creation, like raw milk and healing herbs, and which protect big pharma and other corporations which prey upon the poor. Look at lawless laws like Obamacare which enslave the people to the whims of a few.

And since vileness is exalted by our society it has become true as well that the wicked prowl in every city and lurk on every corner. We live in dark, desperate days. And this is what we should expect because we have entered the Day of the LORD when darkness covers the earth. But, as David prophesies, now it is time for God to arise and God’s Word is certain. He will keep his word! Great tribulation and great judgment is coming upon the wicked. It is but a breath away.

The Singularity is Near takes credit for being the most disturbing book  I have ever read.  Written by Ray Kurzweil, inventor of the excellent Kurzweil keyboards and numerous other electronic wonders, the book predicts the nearness of ”singularity,” the coming “human-machine civilization.” (The Singularity is Near, Ray Kurzweil, Viking, 2005, p. 5).

Ray’s book prophesies the increasing merger of man with machine until, in probably less than forty more years, mankind is more machine than human.  To understand how this can be you must read his book, but I am of the opinion that he is correct.  Here are some of the ways in which this transformation, this “evolution,” will occur:

1. “Along with the accelerating improvement cycle of nonbiological intelligence, nanotechnology will enable the manipulation of physical reality at the molecular level.
2. Nanotechnology will enable the design of nanobots: robots designed at the molecular level, measured in microns (millionths of a meter), such as “respirocytes” (mechanical red-blood cells).
3. Nanobots will have myriad roles within the human body, including reversing human aging (to the extent that this task will not already have been completed through biotechnology, such as genetic engineering).
4. Nanobots will interract with biological neurons to vastly expand human experience by creating virtual reality from within the nervous system.
5. Billions of nanobots in the capillaries of the brain will also vastly extend human intelligence.
6. Once nonbiological intelligence gets a foothold in the human brain (this has already started with computerized neural implants), the machine intelligence in our brains will grow exponentially (as it has been doing all along), at least doubling in power each year. In contrast, biological intelligence is effectively of fixed capacity. Thus, the nonbiological portion of our intelligence will ultimately predominate.
7. Nanobots called foglets that can manipulate image and sound waves will bring the morphing qualities of virtual reality to the real world.” (Id. p. 28)

According to Kurzweil’s vision man ultimately becomes more machine than human.  In fact, in my opinion, the ultimate status of man would be extinction, or the state of being kept alive as slaves for use by the master machine “race.”  The most disturbing aspect of Kurzweil’s vision is that he is right.  I used at least one of his inventions, for example, to create this blog.  I spoke into a microphone and my computer printed my words almost flawlessly.  Kurzweil invented the original program that I now use which is called “Dragon” and is produced by Nuance.  I have been involved with computer programming and systems on some level for almost thirty years and can tell you that his ascertions concerning exponential growth in human knowledge, achievement, and interactions with machines is real.

Ray’s is a simplistic, naive faith and religion, however.  He may think he is doing good and actually believe that the man-machine unity would be a good thing, but he is deceived.  He neither knows his own heart nor the heart of man in its wicked depravity.  Already we see the scourages on earth wrought by men’s scientific advances.  We have not yet seen the horrors that will surely arise from genetic manipulation of plants, animals and humans, but we will if time marches on with no one to prevent them.  Can we even imagine the evil, the horror, the catastrophe awaiting all creation when man melds with machine, a world of cyborgs and matrices where this is no way out, for then men will want to die, but be unable to?

“The singularity won’t destroy us, Kurzweil says. Instead, it will immortalize us. ” (from the biography referenced below)  But, Ray’s vision is the vision of Babel when men said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower, with its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves….” (Genesis 11:4)  Ray’s singularity is man’s attempt to become one with the universe, but he has forgotten, like the multitude, that mankind was made in God’s image.  God’s goal with man is to mold him into the pattern of his son and become one with him in spirit, not to watch helplessly as he devolves into oneness with a material matrix of silicon and carbon.

The nearness of the singularity is a sign of the times.  Behold the time is at hand when God must do as He did to Babel.

The demon-possessed who push the idea of “singularity” dream the nightmare of the matrix agenda.  Their world of man merged with machine ultimately results in man ruled by machine.  Make no mistake; you cannot think as fast as this computer I write upon.  When this computer can build itself because it can access my brain and use my hands, who will rule?  Me or the machine?  Welcome to the world to come, unless….

You think The Matrix exaggerates the carnage, chaos, and mirage of a world ruled by machines?  Then consider what already exists.  Have you ever listened to the “Earth Sky” 60 second reports on NPR?  Did you hear the one or two or three about growing the meat we eat in laboratories?  What kind of perverted mind thinks thoughts like these?  The same mind that invents “sex-change” operations.  The same mind that participates in “in vitro fertilization” and then plants the embryo in lesbian wombs.  The mind that considers and creates an artificial homosexual womb that brings an embryo to term and “birth.”  Yes, the mind that creates the human harvest fields of The Matrix.

This also describes the “Monsanto mind” which perverts the foods we eat by genetically modifying what God created.  It reveals the “global warming” mind which would convince you to stop raising beef and just eat that goop grown in Earth Sky laboratories.

The reality is that science and the scientists who manipulate our world are out of control.  Long ago they left any notion that God created plants and animals to recreate after their own kind.  Long ago they buried morality and the thought that scientific ethical morality even exists.  They rush headlong in a mad frenzy to create the Frankensteinian world of Mary Shelley.  They create without laws, without boundaries.  They sit in the seat of their own temple proclaiming that they are God.  And we now begin to see the result of their rule, The Matrix.

And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for I am sorry that I have made them. (Genesis 6:7 KJ2000)

And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth. (Genesis 6:13 KJ2000)

And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, in which is the breath of life, from under heaven; and everything that is in the earth shall die. (Genesis 6:17 KJ2000)

And the nations were angry, and your wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that you should give reward unto your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear your name, small and great; and should destroy them who destroy the earth. (Revelation 11:18 KJ2000)

God loves mercy and justice and teaches us that mercy triumphs over justice.  Even so, mercy and justice also demand judgment at the appointed time.  We live very close to that appointed time when God will destroy those who destroy the earth.  Whether he “destroys” them by leading them to repentance or simply annihilates them he will decide.  Those who destroy the earth are many and their methods of destruction are legion.  Many, many people I know have helped create these diabolical destructions, including many Christians.  They will have to repent of their sins before they can come into Christ’s Kingdom. 

I will now point out a few of the ways men destroy the earth today.

1. Chemtrails - chemicals sprayed by the powers that be over much of the world daily.  I have seen these continually for eight years from my farm on the edge of the wilderness of south-central Missouri and have observed them in major cities around the United States.  They have filled the skies every day for the last four or five days at least.
2. Morgellons Disease - a man made disease evidently created from nanobots, extremely small electronic devices.  This disease is real.  Folk artist Joni Mitchell was recently diagnosed with it.  Click here for more information.
3. Genetically Modified Foods
4. Scalar Weapons (Tesla Weapons)
5. HAARP (a type of scalar weapon)
6. Destruction of milk cows to drive up the price of milk
7. Vaccinations which cause autism and other illnesses
8. Laboratory diseases like AIDS, SARS, bird flu, anthrax
9. Transhumanism/Singularity Agenda

“And when he was demanded of the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, [Jesus] answered them and said, The kingdom of God cometh not with observation:  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.”  (Luke 17:20-21 KJV) 

As always Jesus here stated blunt reality, truth that is.  “The Kingdom of God is within you.”  Why within?  Because this is the nature of creation.  Jesus told His people that the seed of the Kingdom dwelt within them.  This is exactly what he told Nicodemus when he approached Jesus.  “Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”  (John 3:3 KJV)  Of course, He did not expect the Pharisee to understand Him.  The Pharisee did not know the circumstances of Jesus’ birth, but we do.  When Nicodemus asked Jesus what He meant by this obscure remark, He  answered, “Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.  The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.” (John 3:5-8 KJV)

The word translated “born again” here is the Greek word gennao and means “to procreate” or “to conceive.”  Jesus speaks of a spiritual conception here akin to that which His mother, Mary, experienced when the Holy Spirit conceived a child within her.  He speaks of man receiving spiritual seed within himself and conceiving a spiritual being. 

Jesus speaks within His prescribed paradigm of reproducing after one’s own kind.  Like all the plants and animals, He created man to have seed within himself and to reproduce after his own kind.  But, he had more than this in mind.   He also created man to be in His image and likeness.  Genesis says, “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness ….  So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. (Genesis 1:26-27 KJV)  Jesus describes here His own actions as Creator God reproducing after His own kind!

In this short dialogue with Nicodemus Jesus reveals at least three profound truths: 

1. A man has to receive the seed of the spirit to even “see” the Kingdom of God.  This means that to even begin to see and understand the principles, truths, and laws of the Kingdom we must have received the seed of God, that is, we must be begotten (born again) of the Holy Spirit.
2. Once a man receives the seed by the Spirit and sees that it is good, then he must submit to being ”watered” by the Word of God in order to grow, give birth, and bear fruit. 
3. Only then may the man, now a spiritual man, enter the Kingdom of God and become Elohim, a being like God.

This is exactly what John means when he says, “Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.” (1 John 3:2 KJV)

The life of Mary, the mother of Jesus, is a type of this concept.   The Holy Spirit conceived Jesus within her.  Jesus as born in the flesh and became the Biblical manchild of Mary.  Likewise, when God bestows faith in Himself, Jesus, to us, He begets the seed of the manchild in us.  If we faithfully water that seed by His Word, then that seed will grow and, according to the laws of creation He implemented, the manchild, Elohim, will eventually be birthed in us.   Like produces like.  God will make us in His image.  This is His stated goal in creation.  God’s will will be done!

There is this crucial difference between God’s plan for creation and man’s.  God created all things, including man, to reproduce after their own kind whereas man always attempts to “improve” what God made whether corn, soybeans, beef, or himself.  The difference amounts to lawfulness versus lawlessness.  God’s ways are lawful; man’s ways are lawless.  Lawlessness is the preeminent sign of the times.  Even those responsible for executing the law are often found breaking the law these days.  Just consider that three high-level appointments by President Obama were all found to have cheated on their taxes, including past president of the Senate, Tom Daschle, who stole from the government in a very extravagant way.  Thus, when one considers the concepts of Elohim presented on these pages one must approach it in a lawful manner.

Going to the book of Genesis, the very first book of the Bible, we see that God implemented the law of reproducing after one’s own kind from the very beginning, even from the third day of creation.  “And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.  And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:11-12 KJV)  Here God promulgated a law of creation that from that time forward caused every plant that He created to reproduce after its own kind according to the seed within it.    Modern genetic engineering which produces seed for farmers that does not reproduce seed after its own kind breaks this fundamental law.  Those who partake of such scientific activity and the sales of such seed are lawless, Christian or not.  Modern Christianity should be ashamed that it did not teach its own even this basic law, but it does not know how to blush.  Like the world at large and Mystery Babylon itself, Christianity is lawless.

On the fifth day of creation we see God create creatures of the water and the air, “And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:21 KJV)  Again the created are commanded to reproduce after their own kind.

The next day, day six, God created all living animals that move upon the dry land, saying, “And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so. And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:24-25 KJV)  So we see that God implemented the same law with every single living thing he created, plant or animal.  All things must reproduce after their own kind.

This law is so important that God even established another law to enforce it.  Ye shall keep my statutes. Thou shalt not let thy cattle gender with a diverse kind: thou shalt not sow thy field with mingled seed: neither shall a garment mingled of linen and woollen come upon thee. (Leviticus 19:19 KJV)

This law establishes the concept of purity for God’s people.  Purity and holiness speak of the same thing.  John said, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” (1 John 3:1-3 KJV)

Purity, yes even holiness, marks the sons of God.  Johns speaks of a promise for today, for you and me, now.  As John says, the world knows us not…

Okay, now you know the mystery of the Gospel.  Now what?  Do you think that you will automatically be able to put out your hand and say, “Thanks!  Give me my Elohim badge!”  I don’t think so.  Are there some of you who say, “Well, I’ll live it up during this life.  Then, because I now understand the restoration of all things, I’ll take the honor of Elohim after I die.”  NO! I don’t think so.

First, let me address you Christians who think that you are “once saved, always saved.”  You are, but not in the way most of you believe.  The vast majority of today’s Christians partake of a form of godliness (which means that they attend their church services and do the dead works that their leaders demand), but they deny the power of a godly life (they do not put into practice the many commands of their acclaimed LORD and His apostles and prophets and they do not aspire to be holy as He is holy).  How else do you define or explain millions of Christian children who attend pagan public schools in America alone, Christian parents who pay for their children’s abortions, rampant Christian pornography use, and even churches who ordain to the ministry those who practice sexual immorality?  These do not have a clue what godliness means.  These do not have even a hope of becoming elohim in their present condition.  In fact, these are those who will partake of the Lake of Fire!  (Yes, some Christians will partake of the Lake of Fire.  See especially Revelation 2:11 and 20:6.  Some Christians will be “hurt” by the second death which is being cast into the Lake of Fire.)

What?  Christians partake of the Lake of Fire?  Yes.  Christians go to Hell?  Yes.  Hell, that is Hades, is the abode of the dead.  The Lake of Fire is the place of the second death.  Hell is thrown into the Lake of Fire when death is done away with.   This is the second death according to Revelation 20:14.   The Lake of Fire itself is the consuming fire of God which purges and purifies His sons.  We allow that fire to purge us now or we will be forced to endure its purging later.

John, the beloved friend of Jesus, wrote, “But as many as received him, to them gave he power (right or privilege) to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name”  (John 1:12 KJV)  John does not say that this goal called Elohim is a sure thing.  People who believe in the restoration of all things may be wrong.  The Calvinists or the Arminians may be right.  (Of course, I don’t believe that they are or I would not be writing these things)  Or, it may be that the wicked, including the countless Christians who believe but do not obey, are simply consumed and finally obliterated in God’s presence (Lake of Fire) when the judgment does come.

Jesus said, “For whosoever would save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel’s shall save it.” (Mark 8:35 ASV)  The word life here is the Greek word psuche which means “soul.”  This verse speaks of  the salvation of the soul, not the spirit.  The soul is your mind, will, and emotions.  It is what you call yourself.  The way to saving your soul is narrow.  We do have responsibility.  If it were not so, then the Word of God, the Bible, would not have been written.  When you begin to understand these things, then you realize that the Bible was written primarily to and for believers, not unbelievers.  For it is only when we begin to believe in Jesus that we receive the right, the privilege, and the power to become a son of God, to become Elohim.

The wonder of God’s creation is that He designed a way to create man so that man could be part of his own making, so that he could come into agreement with His creator and desire to be what He desires him to be.  God did not make man an automaton, a mere computer or machine.  Man is not even “machine-like.”  The transhumanists betray their shallowness of thought and creativity when they mutter merging man with carbon microchips.  My creativity is not programmed.  I create because God creates.  Kurzweil may try to predict what God will do, but He never will, he never can.  Kurzweil may try to predict what I will do, but He never will and he never can.  My goal is to be perfect as my heavenly Father is perfect, not to fabricate and prolong a shallow, meaningless life.  What’s yours?

Transhumanism is nothing new of course for, as Solomon taught 3000 years ago, “There is nothing new under the sun.”  In transhumanism Satan tempts men yet once again to become as God.  It’s so strange.  Satan tempts man with the exact same promise that God Himself gives to man!  The difference lies in that Satan tempts us to become like God in an unlawful way.  Law dwells at the heart of all things.  Stephen Jones recently wrote, “Whatever God says always comes from His very Being and is a reflection of His will and character. That is the law of God.”  This is a good definition.

No, man can only become like God if he does so lawfully, according to God’s ways.  Jesus said, “Enter in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in there:  Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to life, and few there be that find it.”  (Matthew 7:13-14)  The fact remains, though, that Jesus does indeed call us to be a “new man,” even a man of “flesh.”

Paul speaks a mystery in his books concerning the flesh: But some man will say, How are the dead raised up? and with what body do they come? Thou fool, that which thou sowest is not quickened, except it die: And that which thou sowest, thou sowest not that body that shall be, but bare grain, it may chance of wheat, or of some other grain: But God giveth it a body as it hath pleased him, and to every seed his own body. All flesh is not the same flesh: but there is one kind of flesh of men, another flesh of beasts, another of fishes, and another of birds. There are also celestial bodies, and bodies terrestrial: but the glory of the celestial is one, and the glory of the terrestrial is another. There is one glory of the sun, and another glory of the moon, and another glory of the stars: for one star differeth from another star in glory. So also is the resurrection of the dead. It is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption: It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in weakness; it is raised in power: It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body. And so it is written, The first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. Howbeit that was not first which is spiritual, but that which is natural; and afterward that which is spiritual. The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. As is the earthy, such are they also that are earthy: and as is the heavenly, such are they also that are heavenly. And as we have borne the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. (1 Corinthians 15:35-49)

First, Paul says here that ”all flesh is not the same flesh.”  Then he says that there are heavenly bodies and earthly bodies, and that there is a natural body and then a spiritual body raised in glory.   Next he tells us the second man, Jesus the LORD, descended from heaven and thus possesses a heavenly body.  Finally Paul declares that faithful believers will “bear the image of the heavenly!”

In his book to the Ephesians Paul reveals a great mystery within his teaching about marital relations.  He says, “For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. (Ephesians 5:31-32 KJV)

God does not intend man to meld his flesh with machine.  No, God’s intentions go far higher.  In simplest terms the gospel is this: A man (Jesus) left his mother and father (God) to prepare (by teaching his bride to obey His word) and then become joined to his bride (man) so that they, together, would become one flesh.  Only God knows what that flesh will look like or consist of, but one thing we do know, that flesh will be in God’s image!  This is the new man, not the machineman.  The goal of the Gospel, then, is the reproduction of God Himself, Elohim, man fully made in God’s image!

Transhumanism, chemtrails, mind control, ELF, HAARP, clones, genetically modified food, stem cell research, New World Order, AIDS, SARS, Ebola, chicken flu, anthrax, dirty bombs, nuclear bombs, sexual perversion, tattoos, piercings, thefts, slavery, murders, and Jerusalem.  What do these have in common?  The dragon, the evil spirit who rules the world, inspires and empowers them all.   These comprise the worst known aspects of Mystery Babylon, the dragon’s, i.e. Satan’s, city.

The horror and reality of 2009 is that many people see at least some of this laundry list of evil as good.  The men of Mystery Babylon call good evil and evil good.  This is how you will know them. 

God, on the other hand, calls His city New Jerusalem.  New Jerusalem is not Old Jerusalem, the old city that men live and die for in the Middle East.  That city is doomed to destruction, just like the war-mongers who continually fight for it, whether Christian Crusaders, Jewish Zealots, or Muslim Radicals.  New Jerusalem, though, is a city of peace, a spiritual city.   Justice, mercy, love and righteousness dwell there.  One comes into New Jerusalem one way, and one way only, by faith in Jesus Christ and obedience to His commands.  That way is a narrow way and few so far have found it.

Do you need a little proof that Old Jerusalem is the spiritual capital city of Mystery Babylon?  “And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.”  (Rev. 11:8)  And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth. (Rev. 18:24)

One thing that strikes me perhaps more than anything else about the transhumanists, the singularitarians, is their arrogance.  You can hear one of their proponents, Dr. Kevin Warwick, Professor of Cybernetics at the University of Reading, England, say in the short video below, that humans who refuse to become cyborgs (machinemen) will be considered so stupid by those who do that they will appear as nonsensical in communication and intellect as cows do to us today.  Obviously, men like him and Ray Kurzweil believe that mere intelligence  makes one man better than another.  To them it thus follows that since these more intelligent men can comprehend and fabricate complicated things like computers and artificial intelligence, they themselves must be better than most.

Such thinking is utterly contrary to God’s way.  Jesus said, “The meek shall inherit the earth.“  John the Baptist, considered the greatest man who ever lived by his Creator, wore rags for clothes and ate locusts and wild honey for dinner.  John did not care two cents for the inventions of man.  He didn’t even wear the clothes that contemporary men of his day wore.  What if John lived today?  What would he say to Dr. Warwick?  I believe that like David before him he would answer, “You come to me with the promise of immortality in the bowels of a machine, but I come to you in the name of the LORD of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel.”  Then he would say, “Repent of your sins and prepare your heart for the coming of the LORD!”

God’s overcomers, the meek of the earth, must learn to confront evil on God’s terms, not mans.  Our answer lies not in military arms or yelling, screaming, or cursing.  If we take up the sword, we will die by the sword.  Neither do we answer fools like Warwick and Kurzweil according to their folly, for then we become like them.  Overcomers, instead, are like God.  With wisdom they actually do answer a fool according to his folly, yet in a mystery.

So, do not try to match the transhumanist in his intellect.  John didn’t.  Jesus woudn’t.  God tells us to learn His ways and walk in them.  His ways have nothing to do with walking in the death-paths of singularity and  transhumanism.  Soon, and very soon, these men who would pervert God’s seed and earth will find  themselves the tail, not the head of the world they envision.  Yes, the meek shall inherit the earth, and they shall rule these wicked ones with a rod of iron (the love of God)!
