President Trump had no choice but to sign this outrageous bill because it was passed with veto-proof majorities in both houses of Congress.  Our leaders continue to betray American citizens.  Russia is a Christian nation now.  It was the only nation that protected the Christians being slaughtered in Syria while America, Israel, and Saudi Arabia formed and funded ISIS.
