Briefly, I believe the 2nd Passover relates to the birthing of the manchild, the overcomers, rather than the “rapture” of the whole church. These overcomers then become the “mountains of Israel” that the church runs to when all hell breaks loose.
Many things lead me to believe that this first glorification of God’s people could happen this year, for example, the two blood moons this year and last year, the fact that this year is a Sabbath year, and next year is Jubilee year, and the very serious workings of the governments of the world against their own people. America itself seems but a step or two from complete destruction by forces within her and forces like ISIS and illegal immigration which have been allowed to come into her without restraint. Recent riots here appear to be orchestrated by the powers that be and the coming Jade Helm 15 military exercises within the southern states seems to be either a precursor to or the beginning of martial law in the United States.
The Church itself is wholly unprepared for these things coming upon the world. Individual churches have been too busy with their own business planning and oversees “mission” trips. They failed to see that America and they themselves are as “lost” as those they seek to “save.” For them and the rest of the unsuspecting world Jesus’ prediction will come true,
“But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly like a trap. 35 For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Butstay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man.” (Luke 21:34-36 ESV)
Many people, even Christian, do see evil springing up and surrounding them on all sides, but instead of taking refuge in God alone, they make plans to fight against it and to protect themselves from it in the flesh. But, he who lives by the sword will die by the sword. Here is a mysterious verse which sheds light upon what is about to happen:
Before she was in labor she gave birth; before her pain came upon her she delivered a son. (Isaiah 66:7)
The “labor” this woman will go through, I think, is the great tribulation which will come upon the whole world just before Christ’s worldwide rule begins. The “she” in this verse is the “woman” of Revelation 12.
5 She gave birth to a male child, one who is to rule all the nations with a rod of iron, but her child was caught up to God and to his throne, 6 and the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, in which she is to be nourished for 1,260 days. (Revelation 12:5-6)
The “male child” here in Revelation 12:5 describes the overcomers, the mountains of Israel, who are “caught up to God and to his throne.” This means they receive glorified spiritual bodies so that they can actually see God and that they receive authority to rule the world (this is why it says they are caught up to “his throne.” The throne denotes authority to rule) Compare this verse with Revelation 2:27 which describes the authority and rule that Jesus gives to the overcomers of the Church of Thyatira.
25 Only hold fast what you have until I come. 26 The one who conquers and who keeps my works until the end, to him I will give authority over the nations, 27 and he will rule them with a rod of iron, as when earthen pots are broken in pieces, even as I myself have received authority from my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.’ (Revelation 2:25-29)
Also notice that Revelation 12:6 says that the woman who gives birth to the manchild shall be nourished in the wilderness for 1260 days. Jesus tells the woman to flee to the mountains in Matthew 24. The mountains, God’s overcomers, will supernaturally provide for the woman, all Israel, during the tribulation period of 1260 days. Jesus tell the woman not to go back for her own provisions, her own preparations, when she realizes that the time has come to flee. Somehow God will make the mountains known to her. To the mountains then she will flee.
Are you holding fast to what you have, to the Word of God which has been delivered to you? Will this coming great tribulation surprise you? Are you looking for and longing for the coming of the Holy One of Israel? Has God chosen you to be one of his mountains?
I do think this year could be the time God fulfills Second Passover. If it is, I believe the glorification of his firstfruit overcomers will occur on May 9-10 which corresponds to “second firstfruits,” the day after the Sabbath after 2nd Passover which begins Sunday evening, May 3 2015 according to Leviticus 23:11. Brothers and sisters, surely the time is at hand. Let us remain in his peace as we seek refuge only in him, the One True God!
